I got my gel manicure four days ago and two fell off and 3 chipped and I went back for them to figure something out .They fix two of them out of the five and they said they’re not gonna fix it anymore because they have three days warranty. Well nobody told me I never ever happened to me like this in my life. The woman was very rude which I think she’s the manager there and she was not reasonable at all. I’ve been there before and they’re very rude and they talking whatever language they speaking there behind our back and it’s very very disappointed. I will never go back there again now I mind you. I was there before, but I stopped going and now I I said OK I’ll go back again. Not a good Idea

WORST pedicure I’ve ever had.
If I could give zero stars, I would. I went in for what I thought would be a relaxing pedicure — instead, I left with multiple toes bleeding. The technician had no regard for what they were doing and aggressively cut at my cuticles like they were in a rush to finish. I told them it hurt, and they kept going. It was painful, unsanitary, and honestly kind of scary.
To make things worse, they charged an absolutely ridiculous price for this mess. I’ve had $30 pedicures that were ten times better. I paid way too much to leave bandaging up my feet like I’d walked across broken glass.
This place should NOT be in business. Avoid at all costs.

Extremely Disappointed
This was my first time visiting this salon, and unfortunately, it’ll be my last. From the moment I walked in, the service felt rushed and unprofessional. The nail tech didn’t listen to what I wanted, and the final result looked nothing like what I asked for. The shape was uneven, the polish was sloppy, and the tools didn’t seem properly sanitized.
When I politely expressed my concerns, I was brushed off with attitude instead of offered any solution. I left feeling frustrated and disappointed—not the relaxing or enjoyable experience I had hoped for.
Definitely not worth the money or time. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for quality service or basic customer care.

I love going here. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. Kay always asks how my daughter is doing. They never disappoint me. If I go in with an idea they execute it perfectly. If I show them a design I like they always make it happen. I have been to other salons and they just don’t have the same atmosphere or attitude. Nail Trix is the place to go ❤️

I’ve been coming to Nail Trix for years. Love Kay and the whole team! They do a great job, and they don’t rush but they are fast and efficient, which I really appreciate. Most importantly, they are very, very sweet with my young daughter who is often with me for appointments.

Kay and Kelly are both on point with their full sets and designs. I personally go to Kay my daughters to Kelly … any design I bring in Kay is able to bring to life, incredibly talented!

I had been coming here for years. On my daughters birthday they made us pay 100 for terrible service. Rushing us and our final nail products were terrible. When asked to get something back they said they would fix. But we have more plans..... Will never be back. Very sad. Owner argumentative and no money back. Sad day for this business. And my daughters experience on her birthday.

Never again! First and last time here! $70 for a pedi and eyebrow wax! They throw in a packet of scented salts and call it a day”spa” pedi…no thanks!! 😡 and my toe nails are still just as long than when I arrived. If only NO stars was an option!

Terrible service i paid 65 dollars had my nails all different lengths and my nails are sore 7 hours after having them done they filed my nails too hard and used MMA which is bad for our health… i came once and will never return

I went in and paid for two full sets I spent 110$ I went in two days ago my set was 65$ and I have 3 nails lifting off the bed of my nails already my set was rushed and I’m pretty upset about it Im not the one to leave a bad review but I’m pretty mad my pinky nail also broke the same day!
Update 8-22-24 I gave nail trix the chance to fix my nails I went in yesterday to get my lifting nails done and my broke nail fixed and I was sat down and my left pink nail was not soaked nor drilled off it was RIPPED OFF MY NATURAL NAIL my eyes were watering and my pinky was throbbing my nails are lifting yet again and I’ve never had this problem before I spent 65$ for what???? I’m so upset I decided to give y’all a second chance and now I’ll never bring business back here again I feel robbed in a way it’s been a week! I’m so disappointed

For the charge of $100.00 for mani pedi I am consistently given new kids. My nails are horrible. I have gone for 2 years now and had on or about services every 8 weeks. For $100.00 a visit is not worth it, I am going to the competition there in the Oakdale mall. The same location.

So disappointed. Went last week for a set of nails.. had to go back a few days later because 3 of them were coming off. They fixed them but now they are falling off again while on vacation. One came completely off. Learned my lesson and will not be back.

Loving Kay's work. Very attentive to the colors I chose as well as the design I had shown her. Very quick and professional. I have been back 3 times, nails last 4-5 weeks before they get too long for me. Kay switches up design each time but looks great any way that she does them.

Absolutely terrible, I had a women named Tammy I believe and she rushed, had messy paint job on my nails, didn’t cut my cuticles, or anything and my nails started lifting with in 4 days and one of my nails got infected. Very disappointed. Will not be returning. Do not go here.
