ATMs suck! Tried to do a cash advance. I have 2600 available for cash . Tried 200. Ok. Tried 800. Nope. Tried 500. Nope. Tried 200. OK. Tried 200 again. Nope. Bearing in mind its costing me $3.75 EVERY TIME I get money!

NBT Bank located on Main St, In Johnson City is not a bad little bank. I just have to say after doing it for me for a couple of weeks, what kind of bank does not make change. It's against policy if you are not a customer. You are a bank. That's what you do. Take and give money.
