Visited the showroom in PA (very large selection of quartz, quartile, and granite!) but booked our purchase with Diego at the JC office as we live in NY. The template and installation crew came up from PA - arrived right on time, narrowed down every detail, and the installation was super efficient. We have 71 sq ft of countertop and they matched up the granite perfectly. Really impressed with their product quality, the employees' professionalism, and fantastic work for an affordable price. Highly recommend!

I would NEVER recommend these people they waste it sooooo much of our time we choosed our product they came and changed our kitchen model because they were trying to get more money out of us we canceled it and I WOULD NEVER WANT TO SHOP WITH THEM AND WHO EVER DOES THEY WELL REGRET THEY ARE HORRIBLE SRVICE 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

I am mostly happy with Penn Granite. Diego and the young woman at the shop were great to deal with. They answered our questions timely and kept the project on schedule. The guy that came to do the template was very friendly, chatty in a good way, and gave some nice design ideas! Install team did a good job and the finished product is beautiful! A couple of issues with the install but not worth mentioning here. We are happy! Thanks so much!

We looked at several places. We actually got a quote and gave another company a $10,000 deposit for Granite and sink. They overcharged the sink by $800.00 At the last minute we found out it wasn’t Granite at all or close to it.
Penn Granite had a much better selection and prices by far. Their people were knowledgeable, professional and explained everything no one else did. Their website was superior to all others.
Their install team was excellent with our 200 year old house and unique obstacles they incountered.
We highly recommend Penn Granite and we are already considering putting Granite in Two bathrooms.

The people at Penn Granite did an excellent job. High quality materials, competent staff, flexible attitude a pleasure to do business with. A refreshing change after we exited a similar job with a big box.

Our granite looks beautiful, the employees at the store were great and the man that came to make the template and the men that came to install the granite were so nice and did a perfect job!!! Highly highly recommend

Penn Granite is the absolute best in our area. I use them for all my rentals. The customer service and installation personnel can not be beat. More than helpful to lend a hand. There is a granite facility closer to my town however I always bypass them for Penn Granite because I know I will he getting better prices with superb service!

Had a great experience here! Their time line was right on and no surprises here.Three weeks out about then they measure and make a template, pick out and lay out next day one week later bam!All done amazing work thank you it looks lovely!

From the first time I stopped in, to the end result, I could not have asked for a better experience. I asked a lot of questions because I did all of my own prep work. They always answered any question I had. The gentleman that did the measurements was awesome. He explained how it would be installed and things to watch for during the installation. When the installers came and did the work, they were excellent as well. The installers took their time and made sure I was happy with the work at each step along the way.I have and will continue to highly recommend Penn Granite to anyone.

5 star rating is not high enough to express just how happy we are with our beautiful granite AND the whole process! Diego provided excellent customer service and knowledge to help us make the best decisions for our personal needs. He communicated very well to keep us informed through the entire process. The gentlemen who did the templating and the installing were outstanding as well. They were very kind, prompt, professional and respectful of our home throughout the whole process. The end result is better than we could have imagined and we would absolutely recommend Penn Granite to anyone looking for quality materials, excellent craftsmanship, and a professional job well done.

We cannot say enough about Penn Granite. From the moment I stepped into the showroom in Johnson City and met Diego it was a positive, fluid, stress free experience. Diego gives excellent customer service. The scheduling team Joclyn in Pa office is very helpful. The template maker Romero was fanastic to work with. He was so price and gave us his undivided attention. Today Angel and his crew put in these amazing quartz countertops. They were so friendly, professional and dud an amazing job. We have heard nightmare stories from friends about stone companies taking weeks not responding etc etc with Penn Granite, once your template is measured, 7 days later you have countertops, its ABSOLUTELY how they work!!I will add photos when kitchen is completed!Kurt and Rhonda
