Long waiting than usual appointment

Had my blood drawn here with an appointment. I was seen on time and blood draw was quick and good.
I suspect some people are bound to have bad experiences here because there is just one person working here and the appointments are fully booked, there does not seem to be a lot of downtime for the worker there.

Phlebotomist was efficient while taking time to actively listen as I explained why my blood draw could prove difficult. She had absolutely no problems and I didn't bruise or develop a hematoma. It's a bit of a drive for me but I'll definitely be back even if I wasn't getting a substantial savings from Quest being my insurance company's preferred laboratory.

Excellent experience. Ease of scheduling online, checking in online, able to wait in car until your turn then receiving a text. Professional and proficient phlebotomist. Easily accessible.
Highly recommend.

Hard to find an available appointment online but I have found if you do a walk in either first thing in the morning or first thing after lunch you can usually get seen right away. I never have had a problem with the women who works there, she seems very nice and friendly.

Showed up for a pre employment drug screen at 1pm. Google shows they're open until 230, the paper taped to the window says they're open till 130. Signed in using their crappy kiosk tablet thing that barely works. The nurse came out with an attitude and said I'm a walk in and didn't have an appointment so she didn't have time to do my screen. Drove over an hour to just get sent home. Guess I'm not getting the job.

Quest, this was poorly set up.
Who actually works here? You have a kiosk to check in. No real person for help if the kiosk is glitching. You have to wait until the workers behind the door opens it every 15-20 minutes to ask a question or get clarification. And then when they do open the door, I imagine they are pissed bc they are doing 2 peoples jobs.
It's ok you won't let me use the bathroom even though I am here for blood work. I'm sure they are following policy. So I peed in the parking lot.
Phlebotomist got me on the 1st shot. Thank you.

If you're prone to fainting during bloodwork, like I am, be aware as they have no where to have you lie down during the bloodwork. This is unacceptable to me, as this is extremely unsafe when Aetna insurance only allows you to go here or to a single random other provider in the area.
The people have always been pleasant when I've gone, they're no issue at all. But the safety set up of the facility is unacceptable since all they do is bloodwork and urine samples. Not hard to have a recliner or bed in a room.

I have had bloodwork done at this location 5 times in the past 3 months. It’s is very easy to make an appointment online and they usually have availability within 24-36 hours. The employees are always professional and efficient. No bruising ever and they are quick with results. Highly recommend for anyone who doesn’t need stat results

I came to this place I was trying to sign in on this pad but there was something I didn’t understand I ask this lady she was very rude with a nasty attitude
