I love this YMCA. Although it is an older facility it is very charming. The barre class with Connie is amazingly good and Sheila the yoga instructor brings a calming and spiritual presence. The Yoga room is very peaceful with lights all around the room.

So many different activities tailored to anyone ,the staff is very friendly and helpful, I love this place!
