If ,I could have a negative star, it would be negative 10 on customer response. I've only paid on time a half a dozen times since renting a unit in 2019. I've paid all my late fees. It's now 7 days into the month after paying past late fees and partial on a month prior . ,Jan has denied me access to my property. She also increased storage fees without proper advanced notice. With no one else responsible for customer interaction,Jan is the one responsible for this inconvenience to me on servises all ready paid for.I feel ,I should be reimbursed for 1/3 of this months rental fees.(April 2025)
I'll let you know what the results are to follow. BBB is my next platform to complain.
