I don't know if we get special treatment, or if they treat everyone this way, but they are the absolute very best! Very accommodating with getting your car in. They are honest, friendly, and hard working. We are never disappointed with them. It's always a pleasant experience no matter what we need done. The shop guys and office staff are super nice and treat you like family. If I could give them 10 stars I would. Keep up the good work guys!

I spent the night in a motel in Johnstown, New York, in September after learning that my motorhome headlights were not functioning. I spoke to Peter at American-Foreign Auto Repair early the next morning. His day was full, but he said he would take a quick look at the Sprinter if I would bring it right over. Fifteen minutes later, Peter had found a loose connection on one side and a burned out bulb on the other side. I left 10 minutes later with functioning headlights with new bulbs. He charged less than I might have paid for new bulbs alone at an auto parts store. Peter knew exactly how to troubleshoot the electrical problem, was very efficient and personable, and turned what might have been a nightmare into a blip in my travels. He was so helpful and professional that I can confidently highly recommend him.

Absolutely amazing place! Was able to get my car in right away and the secretary was super friendly and offered to take me home to wait for my car to get fixed, and picked me back up when it was ready! Will be using for all services from now on!Service: Brakes
