“I had to stop here yesterday afternoon due to the unfortunate incident of hitting a deer in Meco over the weekend, and having to replace my driver side turn signal bulb and get lens tape to get my vehicle at least driveable until I can get it into the Auto Body shop within the month or so, and get a rental.The staff were knowledgeable and courteous, thankfully they had my bulb in stock, the lens repair tape, and we were in and out in no time. Glad to get myself on the right track to get my body work done and put the accident behind me.”

They even went above and beyond and took care of the recalls while it was there. The only bad part is they are over an hour away from my house or I'd keep taking my vehicles there to get fixed. “I went in just before closing for a headlight bulb and was in and out very quickly. I am a manager for one of the competitors out of state and I felt the need to recognize Rob for coming out to see if I needed help swapping out the bulb. It was minutes to close, dark, and raining, and he came out with a flash light and some tools to see if I needed help because it seemed to be taking a while.It is easy to get frustrated with an auto parts store because, let's face it, last minute and emergency repairs can be extremely stressful, especially when it impacts our livelihood. But it's important to recognize and appreciate good customer service like Rob showed me. AutoZone is lucky to have an employee that takes time to offer help rather than counting down the seconds until the doors lock.Thank you, Rob!”

Where everyone wanted 4K down plus our two vehicle trade in our man DAVID G got us out with 1K and our trade ins!!! On top everyone want over 20% APR they got us decently under 20%!!! He was with us every inch of the way, and did not give up on every snag we hit! He made everything possible down to our consigner being in buffalo! Well worth the wait!
