“Met Neil at the dealership when I brought my vehicle in for recall. We discussed the body on the truck as whether it was warranty or not. Of course it wasn't but took it to Neil's shop and he replaced front fender and repaired tailgate. Just returned to Neil for bumper replacement and front fender. Neil did a great job on my truck both times. His workmanship is spot on and the prices were very affordable. I hope to not need to return to Neil for bodywork BUT if I need it, Neil will be my guy. “Logan was incredible. Admittedly I’m not great with cars. From first entering the store, Logan was so friendly and offered assistance. He spent time ensuring all of my car issues were diagnosed and that I was so well taken care of. I honestly don’t think I’ve ever had better customer service. I was traveling at the time that I stopped in, and had a long drive ahead of me - Just thinking about how honest, and kind, and caring he was, gives me faith in people in general. I used to stop into Advanced for my car needs, but after interacting with Logan, I will only be patronizing O’Reilly from now on. He was that good. My car was towed to a location for new tires, The tire shop called and said the battery was dead and they couldn't even jumpstart it to get the car moved into the shop. Since the battery was still in warranty, I called Advanced and spoke with Vince. Since we could not get the car to him, he grabbed a new battery and drove to the tire store and replaced the dead battery! Wow - so professional and courteous.
