From the moment you pull in, the staff makes you feel welcome — they’re always friendly, professional, and genuinely seem to enjoy what they do. The wash itself is excellent: my cars always come out looking spotless, and the process is quick and efficient with no long waits.
I’ve worked in the car wash industry before (at Splash Car Wash in Connecticut), so I know what to look for, and I can honestly say Hoffman’s is doing it right. I’m a tough critic, but they’ve earned my respect. I even have three cars on the unlimited plan, and it’s worth every penny.
