I just wanted to take a moment to say that having my storage unit has been so wonderful!!! Every month I get a reminder that my payment will be taken out of the account and it gives me no worries that I have to go pay a bill. I have had all positive experiences with the unit !!!! Very clean building. Easy to access and super easy to purchase a unit. It’s great that a lock is included. It makes things even easier. Paying online is effortless , reminders and receipts are clear and it’s probably the best experience with a storage unit I’ve ever had.

I have used this company for my storage facility since their inception and beginning in Johnstown, NY. I have never had ANY issues with this company and their customer service is wonderful. I feel very safe having my belongings with their care. I highly recommend utilizing their services if you need a storage facility rental!!

Reliable Storage has been wonderful for storing my things. When I had an issue with the door they worked with me and my work schedule to fix it in a timely manner so I would not lose access to my valuables. I would recommend storing with them to anyone that needs it.

Clean affordable storage easy access and no waiting. When I called they were very polite and were able to accommodate my needs of 2 units of different sizes I made a payment over the phone and gained access immediately. Making payments is quick and can be done online. Overall experience five stars

I needed a place quickly and they accommodated me. To begin the woman who helped me was unbelievable. Great service. The storage unit was very clean. My stuff was in there during the winter. Of course shortly after a storm I had to go to look for something. I honestly didn't expect to see how fantastic the snow removal was, cudos. If you ever need a unit don't hesitate to call them.

Me and my girlfriend had a storage unit there and we broke up.my girlfriend Aysia Normadin called and change the code on me so I couldn’t get my stuff means while I’m paying the unit with my card so long story short I was left with nothing because the storage unit wouldn’t help me and they wouldn’t take my card out of the system.so please don’t go to this unit they will not help u .just from experience from me
