I took my 90yr old mother here yesterday. My mother came out crying. She was not happy with the haircut. Girl that did her hair would not listen to what my mother. Everytime my mom said something she said that couldn't b done. She chop my mom's hair off and we can't do anything with it. When I talked to her about it. She said that's what she wanted. We were lucky that we got r money back.

I went here on a referral from the lady’s at the hotel I was staying at. Let me tell you I had Adrianna and she was amazing. She really took the time to ask my concerns and see what I wanted. I got a butterfly cut. It was great. I also had my eyebrows done and she also did great with that. I live three hours away and will come back just for Adrianna to do my hair again! That is how much I liked what she did! Super knowledgeable and friendly and I was a walk in she took the time to do it right. Loved loved loved what she did!

Went here to get my daughter’s haircut. They didn’t cut her hair the way she wanted. Looks like the girl didn’t really know what she was doing. Cut looks okay but it looks very choppy.hairdresser didnt follow the type of cut my daughter requested.

Took my daughter to get her haircut. What they did came out great. I was discreetly informed in middle of cut that my child had lice and they had to stop. Which I understood. I Went and bought shampoo and comb. I've combed thru her hair for days now and i have yet to find a bug. I appreciate that it was discreetly done. .however I've yet to find a bug on my daughter's head. So not sure what happened..

Went in before closing. I have a pixie and just needed a trim. The girl did the quickest wash ever, hardly scrubbed my hair. She barley trimmed my hair. All done in less than 10 minutes. I paid $27.00 ! I ended up going home and cutting it myself.

Went a few weeks back also wrote an email ,never responded to me. I went with my boyfriend he has African American hair , was told they couldn’t dye it because the dye they used would not penetrate lol . He ended up getting his hair dyed at an other local salon with no issues. They could of just said we do not want to work on your hair instead of lying.The Amsterdam location much more professional, more welcoming and definitely more qualified stylists.

Got a perm done today by Annamarie and she did a fantastic job!! I have long thick hair and perming my hair is a long process. My hair came out with beautiful curls! She was very friendly and professional! I will definitely be going back to her when my next perm is due!

Came in a little after 9am on a weekday and was seen right away. Got a great haircut and had no issues. I'd definitely come back if I'm in the area again and in need of a haircut.
