i put my 3 year old dog in there for about four days while my family and i went on vacation, and when i came back he was a completely different dog, he ate like he’d never had a meal before in his life and he was much more aggressive. i thought maybe it was just because he had never been put in a doggy hotel before, but i heard today that a friend of mine put their dog in harvey’s and had the same outcome. i do not recommend bringing ur pet here.

They took very good care of my baby boy, Scout! I felt he was in very good hands and enjoyed his time at Harvey's Doggie Daycare and Pet Hotel. I will be using them again very soon!

Harvey's is great! I have been buying fish there for years. They never have sick fish and the fish tanks are always clean. My son and I built a pond last year. All the Koi and goldfish came from Harvey's. They all survived the winter and are growing big and doing great. The staff is also great. Keep it up Harvey's.

What’s the point of having a phone when you send it to voicemail, but never return calls. I can not ever speak to a individual, when I need to see if something is in stock. Was in store before, and they didn’t have it a few times I was told to call, now when I call no one answers. 90% if the workers are nice minus the one girl, so I’ll give it 2 stars

I must rant i just took my dogs to Harvey's Pet Grooming. I have been taking my little dogs there for years. Even though they constantly have new staff they have always done a good job. Unfortunately I will not be able to use them any longer. I used to pay 49.00 for each dog pricey but worth it. Today I pick them up my bill was 172.80. That is 80.00 per dog plus tax because we all know the government has to get in on this thievery. So I said to the worker was I charged the rate for dogs 25 to 50 pounds she said yes I said my dogs are all of 15 lbs. She said let me check we may have to way them. I said at this price you shouldn't be guesstamating weight as it was 20.00 more. She came back out and said I was charged more because I do not come every 6 to 8 weeks I go evey 3 months. I told her not anymore I don't . I would rather trim them myself and use the money to buy a meal for someone thats hungry. End rant thanks for reading and feel free to share. An update i received a call from Christine the owner today and she took action and apologized for what had happened i was credit and only paid what I expected to pay. I appreciate the follow up but the future increase may still be a little rich for my budget

Our GSD spent a week in the Pet Hotel while we were away. We were nervous leaving him for the first time, but he was happy when we picked him up. Harvey's appears to have taken good care of him. We will try them for training next.

Grooming... I made the mistake of listening to groomers who are constricted by a tight schedule. Wish I just took my dog home instead of letting them shave her down completely to clear out a few clumps. I am sure with a little patience, conditioner and gentle combing anyone could've removed most of the small clumps with minimal cutting of her hair. In retrospect I realize this was an easy and time saving solution for them. I am so disgusted right now.My response to your claims: I was at your place in mid May. This was the appt given to me at that time. I came back when you suggested I return. I don't believe this would've taken 3-4 hours to comb the clumps. They weren't thst bad. I am confident thst with conditioner and a gentle hand, they could've been brushed out or possibly cut out much less than they were. I did come back to the store when your ppl called. I saw what your groomer pointed out. It wasnt that bad. She just didn't want to take the time. As for the $100 fee -I would've paid it as it would've been worth much more to have Chloes hair than this joke of a $60 grooming. The fact is you guys had a schedule to keep and that took precedence over the quality of your work. That was the priority. Period. I wish I realized that sooner and took her home when I came back and she was soaking wet still having her hair and NOT covered with clumps. When i picked up later she was nearly bald and not anything like what that dog they showed me she would look like. In addition she was and still is quite upset. She is scared to even go outside. I am guessing she feels unprotected. She is a very manageable dog -not aggressive as your groomer falsely claimed when I picked her up - and I am sure a skilled groomer could've handled this job easily. I will be looking for a new one when her hair finally grows back in...

Okay grooming experience but the staff was not very friendly and kept passing me off from one person to another. Prices were inconsistent and I’ve been charged different amounts each time but nobody can ever tell me why. It felt like nobody had time to speak to me either and I was told someone would reach out in the next few days. I would like to keep coming here and hopefully some minor improvements to structure, consistency, and attitudes can get Harvey’s back to how it used to be
