ACTUALLY I CALLED DISTRESSED ABOUT GETTING MY KITTENS IN THERE AND A REALLY NICE GIRL ON THE PHONE, FOR THE FIRST TIME, SAID WELL WE ARE TOO BUSY BUT TOLD ME OTHER STORES AND PLACES TO GO TO ACTUALLY HEP MY CATS AND SPENT TIME GIVING ME GREAT ADVICE, THANKYOU
