Went to move across state and my truck kept stalling so I had to leave it behind. Next day I had it towed to this Dodge Dealer who refused it once it got there because it's too old and ugly! Its an old farm truck, 2003 dodge ram 1500. I was 5 hours away, got a call from the tow driver that they had refused it and had to find a different shop to bring it to. It was a nightmare. Had it towed to this side of the state and right in to the Dodge dealer, no problem there.

I live in NH now, but come from a loyal Main Motorcar family, and it was finally my turn to purchase a vehicle of my own.
I stopped in thinking I would be starting the purchase process, but never expected to leave the same day with a new ride!
Alex and Mike took the absolutely BEST care of me and made a first time process so easy and as stress free as it could have possibly been.

I can't say enough about Main Motorcar. All the way from the ownership to the parts department. I recently purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee and the entire experience was awesome!!! The price was right, the Jeep is beautiful and everything was ready when they said it would be. The Jeep was detailed and spotless when I showed up and got through the paperwork in no time. Thank you Main Motorcar for great customer service!!!

Everything is done on time and at a fair price. Staff is always friendly and pleasant. We are within walking distance to a service department that could work on our jeep, but we drive to Johnstwn because Main can be trusted.

If I could give negative stars I would. Got stuck with a flat on the side of the highway. Go to change the flat tire and a lug nut was stripped onto the stud and tightened all the way down. Couldn’t get it off at all and had to get a tow. The shop had to torch the stud and nut off. Cost me a ton of money to fix a simple mistake of not paying attention.

Fantastic service. My car went there because of an emergency mechanical issue. Everything got taken care of and my daily driver car drives almost as smooth as the day I got it. They even went above and beyond and took care of the recalls while it was there. The only bad part is they are over an hour away from my house or I'd keep taking my vehicles there to get fixed. Thanks for being great!

Called to schedule a service for a recall. The response received was “we don't have enough techs for that now”. I was seeking an immediate resolution, just a simple appointment. Terrible customer service from service end of things. Sales end of decent.
