My apologies for my previous negative review, it was meant for Steet nissan of utica. I have not visited this nissan service department but judging by the reviews, I would definitely give them a try if I lived closer.

Needed 4 tires as I had destroyed one in a large hole that was not visible as filled with water. The servicing was done within a day and now the car handles better than ever!

The good: their customer service was awesome, super accommodating.The bad: they sent me away three times saying the issue was fixed. After breaking down yet again I had the truck towed home (300 miles) and promptly fixed it myself. I'm not sure if they were being shady or incompetent, but regardless it was a frustrating and expensive ordeal.
