These folks have always treated me well. They are ready to help with any problem I've have and take care of my needs promptly. I may pay a bit more for the service that I could get elsewhere, but the personal touch is, to me, worth it.

DO NOT SIGN UP FOR BOOST. The staff in Johnstown intentionally lied about plans. When I signed up for BOOST Mobile, the staff told me that I would be able to reduce my service plan after 3 months. I have two phones and have not been using this phone much. Now, I can't get a new plan and have to buy a new phone at full price and change my number before I can change my plan. The staff lied about all of this when I signed onto the service. Now, they say they can't do anything to help me.

I was a customer when Telecon first opened and they serviced Verizon. Years later switched to the new Verizon store in Johnstown. The service became almost non existent there and prices soared. Returned to Telecon and thrilled I did, won't make the mistake of leaving again. Super service with smiles and the best price in the area.

I have been a customer for over 20 years and have always received professional service. The staff are warm, welcoming and knowledgeable of the cellular devises they sell. Any concerns or issues I have experienced with my cellular devises have always been rectified without hesitation.

Derrick was very helpful — we had some trouble getting our new phone set up so he called Apple support and resolved the issue. Phone's working like a charm now. I appreciated his determination to make sure everything worked properly.

Customer service skills SUCK. Lack basic knowledge about Sprint products and service. Staff was unprofessional and rude and lack the common sense to ask the right questions and get the customers information to help them out. I was hung up on 3 times and had to call from a different number for them to pick back up. They need new staff and management. Don't see this business lasting too much longer with appalling customer service like this. I reported them to Corporate. Don't waste your time trying to get help from this Sprint store! 👎

Amazing staff and service!!! The girls that work there are very knowledgeable about the phones. I like the personalized attention and the hometown feel of this store. I shop local and appreciate that they are always there when I need them. Kudos to my local Sprint store!!

The girl sitting at the desk when you walk in was extremely rude! She didn't even look at me while speaking to me! It was uncomfortable and very disrespectful! I'll never go there again

There have been times that they have helped me out and were pretty good. However my last experience was the last since the person who took care of me did not know the products and was really uninterested in helping me. I left my number for them to do some looking into a product and plan and I am still waiting for a call back. Everyone that I saw there was very apathetic and not interested. Not a happy place to go do not waste your time. Maybe they will change and improve. If they call me back I will write another review. This is the 8th day and no call back as promised.
