Highly recommend going to the store and speaking with Austin Calderwood I went in Saturday morning for a quote exploring my options and this man right here knows how to work with people very polite very professional and very good with his customer service and didn’t try to upsell stuff to us very great guy I’ll always recommend anyone to him! Thank you again sir for getting me set up with a plan and 2 new phones!

I just stopped in unannounced at your Johnstown, NY store. I was met by Jason and. When he introduced himself I said I needed technical assistance. He quickly identified the issue with my phone and corrected the issue. Quick call and I was able to return to my job and not have any issues. It was a very pleasurable experience. Greg Tuttle
