The go-to store for things that are useful around the house but that you don't want to treat as consumables. The selection is great and consistently high quality. It really shows that they know and care about who shops there, and that they spend a lot of time thinking about what items they want to stock for their customers. I bought a Big Green Egg and several accessories there (that I am super happy with), as well as smaller household items that that made great gifts and even a very nice Fjallraven backpack for my wife. Highly recommend if you live in the area!

Ordered a present for my sister in law from Charles Dept Store, and could not be happier with the experience.Easy to find what I needed (sold out so many places!), easy to place the order. I added a note that it was a gift and requested they not include the price, and almost immediately after I placed the order a real human being emailed me and asked if I needed any other services, since it was a gift.The order was shipped incredibly fast, and arrived today in perfect order (SO fast!)Just fantastic and such an easy experience from start to finish. Highly recommend.
