First my account was hacked then because of an over daft they locked me outer my account then onces my account was unlocked and over daft was paid my bank card was deactivated.rhis is the worst bank I ever dealt with waiting for them to figure out how to solve this problem.unbeliveable

Trustco has served my parents for decades. When I needed to manage their accounts due to their advancing age, Mr. Jansz, the manager of the Katonah, NY office, and the whole office were immensely kind, attentive and helpful in managing the process.
