When there yesterday around 10 o’clock east time and the employee working there would not give me the 7-Eleven pizza with my EBT card which the large full pie pizzas are eligible for EBT this is the 3rd time this is happened at this location. And the employee on kept insisting it wasn’t and kept debating it was not when it is, had to called up corporate customer service for the 3rd time as this happened 2 times to me before with 3 different employees counting this one from yesterday‘s incident. The customer service representative said it was absolutely wrong and they should have allowed me to get the pizza with EBT. The employees there are terrible or just don’t care this is the only 7-11 I have issue with using my EBT card for the for pie 7-Eleven pizza. It’s ridiculous that a 7-Eleven franchise won’t listen to the corporate policies there are in place. After talking to customer service to report the case since they couldn’t do anything that day as had to pending the report. Ended up going to the other 7-Eleven near Kenmore Pool after this debacle and they happily made my pizza and use my EBT card. Apparently this 7-Eleven just loves losing customers and money maybe actually hired good employees? Based on these reviews that I’ve read from other people here on Google it seems like this is a trend of this happening to people. Wish I had wrote this review sooner now. From the past two other incidents I’ve had. I rate this 1 star since that’s the most I can be but honestly it should be rated a 0 star.

I happened to be in the area looking for an ATM that didn't charge my venmo account over $2 to use it and found that the ATM inside here doesn't charge a fee at all. Win win for me! I was pleasantly surprised at the space and cleanliness of this 7/11. Its spacious, the aisles were stocked, im unsure why but it had a very large open space towards the back with two tables lined with cases of beer and hard seltzers. It was my first time here so maybe their remodeling? The only turn off was the employee s*** talking another employee to what seemed was a frequent customer and they both seemed to be overly talking about the dislikes of her. Kind of awkward, and as I was walking out the employee asked the guy behind me had he met said employee he trash talked about to the guy in front of me.. then proceeded to bash on her again. So odd scenario to have to hear twice in a matter of three minutes.

I wanted to give zero stars but I couldn’t. Employee lied about not knowing how to give a refund. They yell at customers and are very rude and I was verbally harassed multiple times as I waited for my Uber. Some people need to lose their job to learn a lesson

This used to be a good store. Tonight I witnessed an employee arguing with a customer because the employee wouldn't keep her mask up. The employee was totally at fault. She could have easily said I'm sorry, my mistake and pulled her mask up, but wanted to argue instead. All during this time the guy she was assisting had to wait while she agrued. She also to the customer to get the other employee to cash him out because she wasn't going to cash him out. The only problem with that was that it didn't occur to the other employee to assist with anything while this incident was taking place. She was taking a picture of the lottery machine which apparently can't be done while wearing a mask. I am glad everyone kept their masks on while she yelled and broke store policy of wearing a mask while in the store. This store is a convenient stop on my way home and I go there daily, but unfortunately I will no longer patronized this store. The unfortunate consequence of having a rude employee.
