I tried to set up a consultation with Katie as I am not one to book an appointment over the phone without meeting the hairstylist I was hoping to see. Being Mother’s Day weekend, I understood that this may be difficult since I was in Chicago also. I responded to her text with my availability saying I would be back in Buffalo on Tuesday hoping to book a consultation. It has now been three weeks and never heard from her. The salon, as well as Katie, was given great reviews. No matter how great the reviews are if the salon cannot get back to you makes you think twice about going there that maybe they did not want you as a client in first place.

I had a wonderful appointment today with my beautician Katie She's simply The best.. Clean salon everyone there greats you with a welcoming smile...my appointment was at 12;15 and although very busy took me at exactly on time. Had color and cut. No need to be nervous with a new haircut because she is confident and made me feel.that way as well. Thank you Katie. I am so very happy with my color and cut . Try Katie you'll Never will be sorry!

I've been to Affinity twice to see Amanda for her holistic organic facial services and absolutely love it! The neighborhood the salon is in is absolutely adorable. It was easy to find parking and there are tons of neighboring businesses. The decor of the salon itself felt to homey. There were very comfortable couches to sit while waiting and the salon was well lit. I really loved my facials with Amanda. She is very caring and her services are not only done with high-quality products, but she really takes her time to do a quality job. I really like that she communicates directly with her clients with text and email to stay connected with her clients. I LOVED that she has her own schedule. Even though the facial was 60 min long, Amanda wants to make sure you feel comfortable before and after the facial. I can't wait to be back. I only come here for Amanda's facial services, but the hairstylists and nail technicians would always be busy when I am there. Highly recommend for all services!
