Yes we been with bank of America for 17 yrs and been getting things notarized and today they would not. Went to m&t and got done just like that.

very bad customer service not trying to help me was waiting for almost 30 minutes and she called me to help me and she took my info and she said go wait she will take another customer who had appointments and she left me hanging with out help for almost hour that was bad experience with me in this bank I love citizens bank I been with them and still with them for almost 20 years

Went in there to deposit money today and forgot my ID the man at the counter John was extremely rude and condescending, he asked me why am i driving without a licence, had no clue if i was a driver or passenger, very rude and i have filed a complaint with corporate

Same experience as everyone else; most of the time the staff is great, but the one teller is extremely rude. She’s very condescending and treats me like I’m a small child. I figured it wasn’t a big deal, maybe that’s just how she treats young kids (I’m 21). Then I found out she treats my mother and father the same way when they go in there. I won’t post her name publicly because I don’t want to embarrass her. Next time I’ll just use the atm so I don’t have to deal with her.

Today I used my credit card at 2 gas stations and both places my credit card was declined. I went back to the bank after the first one was declined and she looked up my account and said there doesn't seem to be any problem try another gas station. So I went to another one and it was declined again I went right back to the bank and she called the headquarters, and it was declined because I owed $1.50 on my balance which by the way I paid in cash when I first went there. I wasted a lot of time and gasoline going back and forth to the bank to get this straightened out. That really got me upset over a measly dollar fifty, they should pay me back what I burned up in gasoline going back and forth!

Very rude older 40's female teller, wish i got her name.... I was the only one inline and waited for about a minute for her to finish gossiping about another bank member. I approach the counter when she was done and ask for a withdraw. She tells me to insert my card. as i do she exclaims "I hope you're not recording me with you phone!". I was confused. Apparently my flash was still on. So I apologized. It was her nasty tone and lack of decency that did it for meAs the face of a company you need to try harder, or maybe you should go count pennies in the backroom.
