It's fine as far as storage goes, but they will repeatedly increase your rate. I had a unit here for just under two years. My initial rate was $99/month, but that increased 3 times. I cancelled my rental when they increased the price to $228/month while they were advertising the same sized unit at $112/month.
They will bait and switch you on the rate once you've been in the unit. They're betting on you not wanting to move, and just deal with the new rate.

I just got a storage unit here a week or two ago and I'm highly satisfied with the service received. The entire team is friendly and I especially appreciate GM Angela. Out of all storage units I've ever rented, this is the best of them all. The facilities are clean, the staff is friendly, and I like the bluetooth technology to open the gate.
