I hate leaving negative reviews. Imagine receiving a call from a "Tire Centre" informing you they can't install tires! For any normal person this would be extremely unsettling but apparently acceptable at this location. When I inquired why, Steve (The Manger), using his own words said tires are slipping off their machines because they only have equipment large enough to install 19" tires . Have escalated with Tire Rack so they can steer customers away.Was met with horrible demeanor and lackluster customer service from the first phone call. Terrible experience from start to finish. Do not recommend.

This place sucks!!!! Scheduled a appointment brought my car in rude manger, couldn’t do the inspection (always an issue trying to get a inspection) didn’t have the parts readily available to Pete service, NOT friendly at all!!! Never going back, will do everything I can to discourage anyone else from going there.

I have been taking my vehicles to Monro for over 3 years now. Nick and the rest of the guys are amazing. For all of the surprises I’ve experienced with my cars, they are almost always able to get you in and out on the same day. They are thorough and super pleasant to work with. Would never go anywhere else.

I have been a costumer for quite some years, and was disappointed when I found out a certain employee was no longer there. When I called to make an appointment to switch my tires, I was happy to realized he was the one who answered the phone and is now back!! Will continue to go there and recommend their services, now that he’s back

The manager nick is the best, always puts customers first and helps them out. Went in for front brakes, and the work was done quick. Would recommend this shop over any other in the area.

The new manager, Alvin, is a horrible communicator and didn’t want to admit that they had no idea how to fix my car. Alvin looked pissed that I even brought my car there. He Kept my car for 48 hours and didn’t do anything at all. Took him 36 hours to even look at it. The place has gone severely downhill since Nick left. Incompetent team of mechanics and it showed last week. I’ll never bring my car there again. Good riddance.

Seven visits later.that should have been done right the first time.I'm sorry to hear that you have had to go back to Monroe multiple times to get something fixed. It is unfortunate that it was not done correctly the first time. It is important to make sure that you are getting the best service possible and that the job is done correctly the first time. If you feel that you are not getting the service you deserve, it may be best to look for another service provider.

Took my 2020 Jeep in for tire mounting, balancing, and alignment. When all was complete, the rims (which factory painted black) were gouged along the edge, and there were gouges all along the center cap.After seeing the damage, I came back in and informed the gentleman at the counter of the issue. He asked, "were you told about our machine?", implying that the issue was caused by their equipment. Then he promptly dismissed it as if he realized there were some known limitations that should not be disclosed to the customer. If there were, none were communicated to me at any point during my multiple visits over the cpurse of the day. I should add that the gouges around the center caps were clearly done by someone who was trying to pry them out.Ultimately I was referred to the manager. However he was "out getting lugnuts" for the rest of the afternoon. I will continue to follow up, however I will not be returning for business in the future. I also plan on escalating up the chain to corporate.

Typically my wife and daughter take our cars here for inspections and they’re always straight forward. They never try to sell us on anything we don’t need. Today I took my 2019 Buick there for an oil change and tire rotation. The folks there were kind and courteous and very very prompt. I was surprised at how quickly I was finished there. I’ll continue to be a customer for many more years to come.

I had a great experience here. I walked in to make an appointment for an inspection and was able to make one with in two days. When I came for my appointment Alvin was kind, courteous, and respectful. My car was taken into the garage within ten minutes and I waited less than 45 minutes. This seems to be a busy location and all the staff working here seemed to be working diligently. More staff is definitely needed at this prime location. I am happy with the service I received and the manager, Alvin, was taking care of many customers. I will definitely recommend.
