Had problems signing some paperwork online. Went to this branch without an appointment and was taken care of promptly by a professional who went out of his way to help and within 20 minutes I'm walking out the door with problem solved. Can't remember your name blue plaid shirted Penn Yan guy but thanks. Well done!

After my Mom (83years old) received a settlement check, we went to this branch to open an account for her. Because she didn’t have the proper ID she was unable to do so. The flloor person, initials MN, was so rude and invasive towards myself and my Mom. Asking none of her business questions and causing extreme anxiety for my Mom. She offered no alternative methods to keep us as a customer. Questioned everything my Mom said. I asked to speak to the manager and she came back and said the manger was with someone else and would be over to talk to us. Her approach to us was extremely uncomfortable and unprofessional. It was none of her business what my Mom was going to do with “her money” and if she wanted cash. I told her never mind, we will be going down the street to Key Bank. She had the audacity to try and hand me her business card and requested that I call her and let her know how we made out at Key Bank. Well, Ms. MN, the teller there was so kind and professional, no need to talk to a floor person there. She gave us professional advice for what Mom needed to get her proper ID to open an account. Mom will then be a loyal Key Bank customer.

They work at a slow/moderate pace. I might recommend going by the drive thru if you're in a rush. There are two lanes there. They have ample parking and it's a pretty convenient location. It's a biiiiiig building, you can't miss it. I've never felt unsafe, walking out of here with cash. It isn't a bad neighborhood either.

Always personable and friendly customer service. I have problems have my account but when I go too the North Delaware location I get the most help to the best of their ability. 😃😃😎😎

A personal friend of mine had a very bad experience at this M&T Bank location. He did nothing wrong. After he was done with drawing some money out of his account he was just talking to a few of the employees. Nothing more. One of the employees accused him of harassment and making false accusations against him which were not true. Do not do business with this bank. Then M&T Bank closed his account for no good reason. Even the police stated that he did nothing wrong. This M&T Bank location definitely needs new management.
