I didn't buy my truck here, but I go out of my way to have it serviced here, which says a lot! They always do good work, and are thorough and transparent. This the only dealership I will bring my truck to.

Stay as far away from this dealership as possible. The service department does nothing but rake you financially, all with a smile on their face. What they don’t realize everyone will stand in judgment accounting for what they did in this life and how they treated people. This place is the worst of the worst.👎👎👎👎👎👎👎🇺🇸

My experience was good had an oil change tires rotated and inspection done The only thing they didn't do was put a sticker on the window for my next oil change like they normally do.UP DATE!!! THEY NEVER RESET THE TPMS!!!HAD TO DO OT MYSELF.

I specifically asked Paddock to stop contacting me — no more sales calls or emails — yet they continue to do so. So now I’m leaving this review to share my experience.
You completely took advantage of me on my trade-in. I was excited about getting a new car and didn’t realize until later that you only gave me $1,000 for a vehicle that had a Blue Book value of around $10,000.
That’s incredibly unethical, and I would never do business with you again, nor would I recommend anyone else to. In fact, I’d strongly warn others to stay far away to avoid being treated the same way I was.
Unless you’re reaching out to make this right, please stop contacting me.

I went to paddock to look around and test drive a couple vehicles, right away I was greeted by Greg the salesman.. he went on test drives with me and then over a week and a half later I decided on one of the cars. He did my credit app over the phone, Brandon cook found me a bank ( even with my questionable credit score from my account being hacked 6 months or so before) Brandon called me back explained it all and within 2 days I was meeting Greg, Brandon ( who explained my warranty and everything about it, made sure I was happy with it! Which I was not he made sure he fixed it so I was) and Lexi who had me sign my paperwork . She was so organized she knew exactly what I was signing, she answered every question that I had and we were done ..Greg my sales man was with me till the minute I pulled away. Since my last car was older Greg Johnson showed me how everything worked. I have bought cars from there before with no issues…But this time I really was happy with how smooth it all went. My payments are exactly what I asked for, and I love this car!
