Truckers have to do turn around in parking lot to back up to a dock on a slight decline. Not necessary to move tandems. Just watch out for employee cars that park next to dock

Tight parking lot employees cars are near the only dock on site. No need to move tandems to rear.

Had a good first experience. They got me in and out within 15 minutes. The only thing is that they got one loading dock but they are very fast. I give them 5 stars.
