I’m starting to understand why the store is going into bankruptcy the employees don’t ever wanna work you go to the drive-through in the pharmacy and they make you wait for 10 minutes before somebody even comes to the window.

I finally left rite aid! They are gone bad, they don't have exact medicines doctor prescribed and also their packaging is not that great! few days ago I got medicines and I think it was already expired it started changing colors... Later I found out RITE AID is going through Bankruptcy so thats why shelves are empty and things are going bad! I am glad I left.

I would .
made the mistake of switching .
from CVS to Rite Aid .
yes .
I did switch back to .
CVS .
CVS is the only place to go .
even if you have to walk.
only place CVS .
Rite Aid the left hand.
does not know what the right.
hand is doing.
and they hang the phone up
I would love to get a response from corporate...
But I can guarantee you
they will not call me .
save yourself which pharmacy!!!!!!
CVS THE ONLY PLACE TOO GO.
This is how close .
Rite Aid is to me 193 steps..
I will never go back..

Dealing with the pharmacy is extremely frustrating due to overall poor customer service. When the doctor sends a script on a Monday and they message you on Friday that it’s out of stock is inexcusable. The clerk Maria told me to call my doctor and have the script sent to another pharmacy. When I said that it’s 2:30 on a Saturday and what doctor’s office is open, her reply was, “well, we are!” Clueless.

I specifically drive 15 minutes out of my way to avoid coming here. They don’t answer their phone and I get that they are busy. But the staff are extremely rude, especially Brian. He is mean for no reason, clearly hates his life and takes it out on unsuspecting people like myself. He was just horrible to for me no reason at all. Truly awful customer service. He should be fired for the way he just treated me.

12/30/2023 @ 6:30pm, girlfriend and I went to stop and grab a few things, when we pulled up and a guy with glasses and a beard closes the and locks the doors as the sign and google the store closes at 10pm on Saturday, this isn't the first time this has happened

I used the drive thru yesterday to pick up a prescription. While waiting I was working on a puzzle on my phone. The person who came to the window asked me if I had rung the bell which I hadn't so told her that I hadn't. She the proceeded to scold me for not using the bell and with much attitude told me that is the only way people in the pharmacy will know anyone is there.If they want people to use the bell they should have a sign that says so. Also, because of a shoulder injury, I wouldn't be able to reach it if I wanted to. I shouldn't even have to reveal that btw.I am old enough to be that young woman's grandmother and do not appreciate being spoken to as if I am a disobedient child.CVS is right down the street and they can fill my prescription from now on.Reading the reviews this rude behavior from the people in the pharmacy has been going on for quite a while.

I would hear to pick up my prescription and they changed to a generic form of my medication. It's left in a terrible taste in my mouth and it being a prescription I was not familiar with. I should have been warned of this. Now I'm stuck with it. ?

Got my booster and shingle shot this evening at pharmacy. They were super busy, juggling phones and customers. The 3 employees in the pharmacy were very patient and kind to everyone they were helping and worked well as a team. It was nice to see the customers were kind and patient to the staff as well.
