This will be the next pharmacy to close because they cant keep up with their phone lines, their medication isnt in stock and for a waitime for 3 calls it takes over a half hour to answer. They never have meds filled in time and now they have all these Rite Aid Customers switching over when they cant even keep up with the customers they have. Im praying things change soon before thia places crashes from.not being able to maintain their customers. Ive been on hold right now for 47 min with only 3 callers ahead of me and still waiting. Yesterday over 35 min. This is absolutely ridiculous!!!!!

If I could give no stars, I would have. Don’t understand why every single member of the pharmacy is incredibly rude when it comes to people‘s mental health and their medication’s. I called to ask if I could take ibuprofen with the current medication that I’m on, if there were any adverse interactions. The pharmacy technician had no idea what they were talking about. When I asked if I could speak to the pharmacist, the pharmacist in the background loudly said “no.” So the pharm tech gave me information that was pulled out of nowhere. That’s illegal in case no one that works there knows.
“ While pharmacy technicians cannot give medical advice, they can answer basic questions about medication administration and storage. “

The last two visits to Walgreens, I purchased two Ghirardelli chocolate bars, buy one get one free. Both times I was charged for two chocolate bars. This is a super scan error and I should receive ten times the amount of the error plus the cost of one chocolate bar

Originally had some issues but they were all worked out. The store is well stocked. The people in the pharmacy are very nice. They could use more people working the cash registers otherwise it's a great store/pharmacy.

Went to get passport pics and it was not busy. The clerk was hesitant and said it would take awhile and huffed, that was a go somewhere else flag but we stayed .after I took my pic and then my husband was about to take his and the camera died. It was not charged and we were recommended to go somewhere else. That was unprofessional!!

Compared to the service we received at the Rite Aid pharmacy at Colvin & Sheridan, this pharmacy is Heaven. I get my scrips on time without an argument that I called them in too early. My wife and I are very pleased with the service we receive. The staff is always very helpful and courteous. We say thank you to the Walgreens here in Kenmore.

Worst store there is!! Every time I come into this store I always see employees on their phones and always rude. There's this one little Puerto Rican girl thats nasty and rude and she's the one I see talking on her phone on the sales floor all the time!! Very unprofessional! I've talked to a couple of the employees there's and they say that's how it is all the time they said the store manager allows them to talk on their phone like that in front of customers and doesn't do anything about it
