“Mike, Patrick, and their team are extremely professional, respectful, and care about what they do and their customers. You genuinely feel they have your best interest in mind. They never push anything unnecessary and always explain what they are doing through their proactive communication throughout the process. Customer service at the highest level!!”
“I bought a car and a week later it had a major problem they fixed it in about 3 hours. I had it back in the shop a week later for something really minor and they fixed that in less than an hour and had me out the door. Completely satisfied.
on today's date September 29th 2025, brought my car in for a diagnostic a complete fix for the problem next week! Again completely satisfied,... Had an issue with the same car covered by warranty had to bring it in in both December and January to completely fix the problem but both times they were super professional and got me out as soon as possible...
Update:
Lol, it's March 16th and I made an appointment a week ago to bring my car in to have it checked out,(there seems to be an ongoing issue), they had me ready to go out the door in a couple hours. And that was with a completely packed waiting area, Brandon handled my service and was excellent as was his work,. Mike g sat down with me and talk to me and made me feel welcome, an 11 on a scale of 1 to 10. Highest of compliments. I left with my car in great shape and a smile on my face”
“Everybody there was really nice and made it easy to get new tires for the winter. Anthony helped me get the best deal in town and I have no doubt I’ll be back again as needed. Happy to have a place that I can trust with my vehicle and is also affordable. Thank you Tread City Tires!”
“After 2 other shops fired the parts cannon at my problem and failed to repair my vehicle. Total automotive pinpointed the issue and repaired it in a reasonable timeframe. So far my van is running better than it has in long time”
“Great service with a great management. They changed the tire fast and didn't just take their time like many shops do. Chad was great and provide perfect customer service”
“Q they had to do a repair on my car after it suffered a little damage going through the car wash. Joe and the team at Delta sonic Collision shop was awesome. Very customer oriented. Took care of it with no problems. They were just great great great to work with”

“I randomly stopped in as I was new into the area, after afew minutes into conversation "I'd found a mechanic". He's knowledgeable in his craft, his prices reasonable-to-fare*"Most of all", he allows me to bring him my parts & charges me for his labor. Both Ed's & his wife are down to earth & conversation is easy, their all around welcoming as apple pie.”

“I was surprised to find my car with a completely flat tire today. Once we got the spare on, I drove over to RNR hoping they could fit me in.
They were kind, courteous and took me in immediately.
I was in & out in 15 minutes max.
And they didn't charge me!!!!
Highly recommend!”
