“Went there today to have my new tires mounted/balanced, and a new pinion seal for the rear end. They were fast, and explained everything along the way. They even did extra work at no charge!! I was referred here by my step dad. He talks very highly of the place, I will do the same now lol Ryan is the man!! They all do very good work!!
P.s. They had me in and out in exactly 1 hour and 30 minutes!! Its the go to place for honest, affordable, reliable work.”

“Lobb's treated me very well when I called them about a transmission issue I was having in my Ford Escape. They even worked with me since I couldn't exactly drive my car at the time, they allowed me to roll it down Camp street to them, and they handled the rest. Ultimately, the repairs couldn't be done at their garage - but they only charged me for the transmission fluid they used to get my car moving (as far as it allowed them). Definitely give these guys a call!”
“I randomly stopped by here this place was close to the hotel I was staying at. I had driven in from NJ the night before and hit a deer carcass on rt 86 on the way into Jamestown. The plastic engine shield on the bottom of my car was all torn up and I asked them if they could remove it. They offered to try and fit it back into place and mend it if possible if not they’d remove it, I didnt even think they could do that but they did! The previous week someone had backed into the front of my car and made huge dent on the front bumper and dislocated it… they fixed that too and I didn’t even discuss that with them but they went ahead and did it. I swear the world is better because of people like them. I’m traveling out of my comfort zone in an unfamiliar place they could have easily taken advantage of me and in the past that’s happened, my line of work requires a lot of travel. They charged me such a reasonable price I was kind of in shock for a bit but maybe I’m used to the extortion in north Jersey I mean they did film the sopranos there 😂”
“I Went here to have 2 tires put on my car. The service was amazing. They were so kind I and family oriented because I had to bring my baby in with me. They didn’t charge me and arm and a leg either even fixed something in my tire without charge. I deff will recommend them over and over again to all friends and family.”

He found other issues and kept me in the loop and took care of the problems. “I truly can’t thank these gentlemen enough. On my way home from an appointment in Jamestown, the strap holding my gas tank broke. Just as I was reluctantly about to get on the highway, I spotted their shop and decided to pull in, hoping someone could help. Without hesitation, an older and younger gentleman (I wish I remembered their names) immediately stopped what they were doing to assist me. “Our old forklift locked up and I spoke to Dave at JIT Toyota-Lift on Friday around noon. We bought a great condition used Toyota forklift from them and he had it in our driveway at 2PM the following Monday. We are a couple hours away from them in the state below and we never stepped foot in their door. Their customer service is top notch and I can’t thank Dave enough!”

“My son is playing for a college summer team in Jamestown. During a visit, he said his front left wheel was making a squealing noise. Being from out of town and not knowing any mechanics, I feared being ripped off by someone I didn't know. Precision took the car in that day, put new pads on the front wheels, checked the back wheels and brakes too, and did nothing unnecessary. The cost was way less than I expected and it was done the same day. Awesome service and very honest. If my son has any other car issues while in Jamestown, I know that we know a trustworth and honest place to go. Thanks for your help.”

“I was very happy with the work that was done on my car. From the first time I went in there, I felt that they have a very professional team. Amy was always ready to answer any questions that I had. The work was done in a timely manner and the quality was very good.
One thing that impressed me is that after I picked up the vehicle, I went a few miles and the charging system light came on. Then next thing I knew it wouldn't start. I called Gerber Collision and Tyler came out and got me going. He had to do it 2 more times before we got it to the shop. It seems I needed a new alternator One of the employees recommended a garage a short distance away and they were able to get me in that day.
