“Excellent customer service. I needed to have my car checked because I smelled oil, but I'm from out of town and didn't realize this was not a car repair place. The man working there (owner maybe) checked my car himself but didn't have a lift so he recommended his buddy's place down the road. He even called the guy so he would be expecting me. This was very small town America type service, which I'm not accustomed to since I've generally lived in cities. So great. Highly recommend. This guy is a solid dude.”

“We live on a major route that is traveled heavily on a daily basis. Quite often there are accidents that occur and sometimes end up off the road and into our frontage. On this particular incident the vehicle happened to be a large delivery box truck. Upon making sure that the individual wasn't injured and was coherent, he asked if I could think of tow company whom could help get his vehicle out safely. The only tow company that I would trust if it were me would be Ostroms. They have the major equipment needed for that big of a job. They arrived in a timely manner and were able to help the individual without any issues.”
