“One of the most exquisite locations in the Catskills. When my husband and I dine and stay here we feel so well taken care of. The staff is so kind and inviting, it’s an huge asset while dining and staying. The food by Chef Oscar Vargas is luxurious and prepared to perfection, and you can tell there is experienced technique behind each dish. We took my grandpa here for his 90th birthday brunch and between the views and the food, he said it was his favorite day. Be back soon!”
“We stayed at Rest Co a month ago and had the time of our lives! The rooms were impeccably clean and beautifully decorated. The grounds were teeming with nature, and we even spotted some running deer. The sunset was one of the best I've ever seen. And to top it off, the bar and restaurant exceeded our expectations. “If you like a quirky place to stay, with lots of charm, this is for you! We do not like chains, and we also do not like the hipster vibe. Unfortunately, it's supposed to be undergoing a renovation and will probably change, but for now it's our kind of place to stay. The family that owns and runs it is lovely. The son helped us with multiple eating and hang out suggestions, and the mother was such a delightful host at breakfast. It was unforgettable for us, as we explored Bethel Woods.”
