Do not return to this location unless you want to be overcharged. They are supposed to be there 9-5 and we returned a truck at 10am when it was due at 10:30. No one was there, so we dropped keys. They checked the keys in at 3pm which gave us an extra day charge, they added a cleaning fee, after hours fee and extra mileage. Disputing this charge with Amex.

My experience... I set a week advance appointment with uhaul and picked a different location.. .. uhaul failed to call me to bring to my attention that my truck was only at the Coram location.. I then told the people in on the phone why you you not call me. And at least give me an option they then basically was giving me the run around and the person on the phone pretty much said uhaul Is a monopoly and they do what ever they want. Maybe someone should be there for you to pick up a reserved truck. My day was messed up real bad and I lost a lot of money because nobody was there for me to rent a truck.
