I wanted to open a checking account and visited at least 4 locations. I was turned away right from the doorl.No one had patience to listen even when I told them i had problems to complete the app on line. This was so unfriendly and quite intimading! Then at last God smiled. I stopped at your Kew Gardens location. Michael Martinez smiled and welcomed me. He resolved all issues and opened my account in less than 10 minutes.I have no words to thank Michael for such service. He was God-sent. He excells all others in professionalism,sincerety,rrspect and integrety. Michael is the Best of the Best.He definitely deservs Reward!!

Literally all the tellers need help, they ask one lady all the questions its like they start working with no experience, either knew a family or relative that worked their that got them the job, and the tellers are like clerks i swear even if you put a robot in their spot. They would do better. They dont even guide you during your transition. Even when you tell them what your here for .they are just clerking away letting customers make mistakes, writing checks for efong amounts be better

Great customer service. Michael was very nice and helpful, he helped me the entire time and made sure I got everything I needed that day. I don’t go to this branch often but I’ll definitely go more now because of him. He was very patience and understanding always with a smile and friendly.

Horrible! Cashier was on the phone while she was supposed to be helping me and then went and misspelled my check. What should have taken a few minutes took over a half hour with horrendous customer service

great service. Lots of help if you are in need in both departments in personal and business departments. Every question is answered right away. Sometimes waiting, but be fare. Waiting sometimes in other banks too. I like it here.

Absolutely horrible. Horrible Customer Service. Went to get a bank check-should've taken 3 minutes like it does by chase. Instead, took over half hour, teller gave me attitude, and got the check wrong twice. And they still charged a fee too!

I deposited money the atm said error know I can’t see my money in my account. The atm just robbed me.
