If I could I would not even given it 1 star. Very rude and unprofessional from the receptionist to the doctors. Unbelievable people in waiting area cursing and yelling because of wrong information given and appointments are not when they say. Waiting forever just to get a physical. Place is horrible in every way shape or form.

I had a drug screen test for my employer, it was a wonderful experience. I was called within an hour and was treated very nicely. It was fast and convenient. The gentle lady who took the test was very polite and nice as well.

The wait to see the receptionist is very long after she please herself then the wait to get seen by the doctor is even longer.. all I had to do was a simple drug test and I was waiting for over an hour just to see a doctor even though there was only a handful of people in the waiting room. Only for the it to take less than 5 minutes when i finally got seen.

ABSOLUTE WORST! They give everyone the same time appointment and have you waiting over 3 hours ! Most of the staff is RUDE and the doctors are even worse! I couldn’t give A negative star or I would have! NY DO BETTER!

Had no issues doing a drug screen here without an appointment. Came at noon on a Thursday and was in and out less than 30 minutes. Forgot my mask and staff was kind to offer me one.

? Frauds? on 8/22 I had an apt scheduled for 3:30PM. Around like 7am they call me asking if I can come in any time around 7am and my apt time because their air conditioner had broke and they wanted to get all their patients in. I said okay but I have errands I’ll come in after I’m done with them. I show up around 2PM to then be told by reception that the doctor left for the day because she wasn’t “feeling well”. They lied and said they called everyone to cancel the appointments which they never did. First ? fine I tried calling to reschedule because you can’t reschedule in the office (which is so d**** but it was already late in the day and these people will transfer you over to others that left for the day and waste your time when you’ve been on hold for 40+ mins. I call today 8/24 to reschedule again. Come to find out they tell me that I can’t and they have to override the appointment because apparently they made a “mistake” and put that I had attended the appointment. Who makes a mistake like that ? Especially after the doctor was long gone and there’s literally cameras showing I was there for less then two mins??? No wonder there was literally not one patient there waiting plus the reception was very rude and standoffish. I’m a veteran here for something VA related and what they did was DISGUSTING and DISGRACEFUL you should be ashamed of yourselves !

The front desk staff here is disgusting . I had to come for a escreen and I arrived on 6/28 around 12:30 I stood online for almost 15 minutes with one person in front of me and the girl behind the desk after she serviced that guy got up and went and started speaking to her co workers while I was standing there waiting. When she decided it was convenient for her to take me I told her I was there for an e screen and she took my paper and ID and told me they aren’t doing them anymore to come back tomorrow. When I scheduled my e screen I was never notified that there was a limited amount of e screens. I was told I was able to walk in. 1230 is EARLY! They open at 0830. She never offered an appointment for the next day just said come back tomorrow. Mind you I came from Manhattan on train.Then I returned on 6/29 at 830. Spoke to another woman at the desk and she was just as rude. When she gave me the paper and said write your name and sign so I started writing my name and then she’s like “excuse me” move and she’s using her hand to gesture me off to the side. Then I told her the proper way to get me to move over to the side is to ask me to move aside and not say “move” then she says well I said excuse me. Saying excuse me before you say something rude is not acceptable. It’s 830 in the morning the day just started why do you already have an attitude? Stay clear of this place!

Horrible experience with IMA!I am a american combat veteran of the gulf war and a 911 first responder. IMA Medical Group didn't even have the professional courtesy of calling me to cancel appointments in which I was scheduled and confirmed by IMA to see specialized doctors when in fact these doctors were not even in the office on those days I was scheduled to see them and I had to reschedule these appointments myself after making wasted trips to there Kew Gardens, Queens office. Totally unprofessional towards an American Veteran and a 911 Responder.

Worst customer service ever, you in for a simple drug test or whatever and pretty much get talked down on, so much for feeling welcomed, front desk customer service specifically needs to be investigated

IMA Medical Group didn't even have the professional courtesy of calling me to cancel appointments in which I was scheduled and confirmed by IMA to see specialized doctors on 4/29/22 and 7/1/22 and these doctors in fact were not even in the office on those days I was scheduled to see them and I had to reschedule these appointments myself after making wasted trips to there Kew Gardens, Queens office. This is totally unprofessional and disrespectfull towards an American Veteran and a 911 Responder.
