The cashiers are rude from old Soviet era service. I am working woman who is constantly on business trips and I do not have time to cook food at home. The cashiers get offended when I ask them a question how fresh is their food that they cook in the store. Advice me to cook at home. I do not ask them for advice and it is not their business why I do not cook at home. I am not house wife and I do not want to be one. Also there is no such phenomena as keeping line order at this store. I do not understand how their line system works. People (buyers) breaking line and the sellers seem do not care. I have feeling that I am dealing with people from Stone Age at this store. Td bank card does not work at this store, the cashiers look at me like it it is a crime to give them TD bank card that works fine at any other stores and restraints not only in USA but at any other country abroad. Food selection is fine but is really hard to deal with people with old fashion mentality. It takes sometimes 15-20 minutes to buy food. It does not matter how big line is. The service is slow and they waist their time for unnecessary conversations with customers: like giving unnecessary advices about how to run my life and how to bring up my child.

I live in the neighborhood so this place is super convenient. Tons of imported yummy foods. They have a large selection cheeses and salamis and. They also have prepared foods daily for sale daily. Their Frozen dumplings great, and also prepared salads in the fridge. This place is also amazing to get fresh bread, they have a bread slicer if you wasn't it cut for you.
