I recently got a haircut there, zero stars, bad experience, do not recommend it .Left with tears in my eyes.My stylist, tho not sure if you should call him that, did not feel the need to style my hair, to comb it or dry my hair after he cut it. Wanted me to stand up with wet hair dripping on my shoulders, pay and leave. When I requested to dry it, he did so with resistance.I will not be coming back, nor I recommend this establishment.

Got a pedicure and a full set here. Everything was great , paid $95 and it felt pretty worth it UNTIL I said I’ll be right back with your tip. I GOT FOLLOWED OUTSIDE AND WAS SCREAMED AT SAYING I DID NOT PAY. Thank god I had my RECIEPT. I have never EVER experienced something like this in my life and the funny thing was I was going to go back with the tip. Honestly I was planning on coming back and potentially becoming a regular. LMFAOOOOOO NEVER EVER AGAIN. WEIRDOS forreal.

I have been coming to this place for years - mostly for eyebrow threading, very rarely for any other services. I used to come here for mani-pedi in pre-Covid times, not any more. The owner of the place used to do threading for me, she was consistent with doing a good job. I came today. There is a new young girl there, literally a child, who I have been seeing there for a while by now. I did no see the Owner, I asked this new girl to do threading. I advised her, that I needed a light clean-up and trim, that my eyebrows are not thick, and it takes a long time to grow them back. To make long story short, 30 minutes later I was left almost without eyebrows.More over, when I came up to the counter to pay, I see the Owner behind the counter, I described to her my dissatisfaction. She admitted that my face was left bold, she suggested a little tint, that I rejected. I want my eyebrows, not tinted skin where eyebrows were just 30 minutes before I walked in. Yet, I was told to pay, lesser than the Owner would charge me usually. I paid and left a tip for this poor girl. Although the Owner was trying to make it right to her best ability by offering tint and discounted rate, I felt I was taken an advantage of. I am not considering myself a lab rat that a new girl should be practicing on. I believe, any client should be advised that the girl is in training. My advise, if you are not a lucky one who was gifted thick wide eyebrows, stay away from this girl. She has no clue what she is doing. Thank you Beverly Hills Salon and Spa!

*BEWARE* AVOID THIS SALON FOR WAXING. THEY RIPPED MY LYBIA SKIN OFF FROM BIKINI WAX.I have my 'go to person' who does bikini wax for years in Forest Hills. But, my waxing lady was not available on Tuesday, 9/12. So, I gave it a try this Salon since I was around in Kew Gardens. It turned out the biggest mistake I've ever made. Long story to short, I felt pinching my skin really hard while she was waxing my right side. I told her that it was hurt. She made it sound like it was not a big deal. A little bit of blood. After everything was done, I wanted to wash my hands. Somehow, this woman who just did waxing followed me and gave me a towel. She was trying to say that the towel is very soft material. She wanted me to soak it in cold water and wipe down my girly part. I felt something suspicious from there. I refused to do so.When I got back home, I rinsed myself with water. It was burning hot stinging. Excruciating pain. A few minutes later, I went back to the salon and complain with my colleague as a witness. The woman said, it was not her problem. It was because I have a sensitive skin. She even saw the proof of the pictures. In the end, she talked to the "BOSS" on the phone, gave me a refund which was $45. (She kept her tip.No apologetic. Greedy) She asked me if I can send her my PRIVATE AREA PICTURES to her phone number. Are you kidding me? This salon is total BS.Let me tell you what happened after all. I had to see a DR. Got charged $45 for seeing a dr. Got my prescription which is antibiotics and ointments for temporarily $47. I had to buy Neosporin as a emergency antibacterial ointment right after what happened for $11. I couldn't even go to work that day. I was very scared of infection. I work for Airlines. I didn't want to get sick while I was away. I checked later that day. Basically, she ripped my bottom lybia skin off when she pulled off wax. IT WAS A OPEN WOUND. YOU CAN SEE INSIDE SKIN TISSUE LIKE A MEAT UNDER THE SKIN. I don't know if she is licensed technician. Or if they used cheap wax. Or this salon hired anybody. Because I've been this salon for eyebrows for many years and seen other girls in and out. PLEASE AVOID THIS SALON. I am still healing. I am watching it how it goes.Services: Body waxing

I had a Keratin treatment done. Long story short, I was charged and had to pay for a treatment that was more of a Blowout than an actual Keratin treatment. The secretary booked me without realizing this, and the hair stylist charged me almost $200 for my chin length hair. The real disappointment for me was the quality or lack thereof that my hair condition was in - it was WORST than before. NO shine, not smooth, dry like straw, and felt over processed. The manager/boss gave me some bs excuse about having changed the Keratin Treatment from the one they had before.JUST do NOT go HERE! This place is anything but Beverly Hills quality, you just pay for cheap products. Not quality.

This place is horrible, very rude and discriminatory staff and there are several salons right next door to it so just go elsewhere!!

Wow! I was not ready for the rudeness, attitudes and lack of customer service I experienced here! I should have walked out at the very first encounter where I was treated like I was a burden from the lady at the counter! No smiles, no hellos - just looked at me like "what the hell do u want?" then the guy who cut my hair was behaving like he's doing me a favor the whole time. He couldn't even understand what I wanted and it was so simple! I paid by Venmo and nicely asked him to check if he received it since I was new to Venmo but he acted like he's annoyed. There was no "bye, have a nice day!" and I was nice the entire time and even left a tip!! NEVER AGAIN.. and no wonder the place was empty.
