I have been using RB for over 20 years. I tend to drive my cars for years and I need a dependable mechanic with integrity. Roger Sr and now Roger Jr have never pushed additional services that I don't need. I go in. My car gets taken care of and I leave with a safe vehicle at a reasonable cost. They are a great addition to the neighborhood.

I’ve recently used RB Services Station a few times. They are professional, honest and detailed. They cared issues that my dealership service station was not able to address. The prices were fair and we never felt pressured at any time. They performed quality work on our vehicle. We will be returning in the future. Thank you RB!

As a Kew Gardens resident, I have been coming here for years!
Great customer service. Roger is transparent with what has to be done. I get a clear explanation of my options and the different prices when it comes to auto parts or when I am due for an oil change.
Many times, I stopped by because a dashboard light coming ON, and was educated on why it came on and what would have to happen in order for the problem to be fixed. If convenient I would schedule a later visit that week or the following. Flexibility is also important and another way to offer great customer service.
I will keep coming here for my auto mechanic needs. I highly advise those looking for a knowledgeable and professional mechanic to give them a visit.

I had an excellent experience at RB service station. The moment I walked in, the staff was friendly and welcoming. They took the time to explain the issues with my vehicle in detail and provided a clear estimate before proceeding with any work. The repairs were completed in a timely manner, and the quality of the work was outstanding. My vehicle runs like new again! I truly appreciate their honesty and professionalism throughout the process. I highly recommend RB service station to anyone in need of reliable and trustworthy auto repairs. This is a shady place.
I came here for an inspection last year. The guy goes into this rant about how Jewish residents don’t patronize his business (weird convo to have with a customer). Then,
without telling me, he replaced a bulb I needed to pass inspection, then tried to charge me $35 for the bulb.
Anti semite and a con artist. No wonder people are avoiding his business.
