If you are getting passport photo taken, or anything passport related, don’t come to this location. This location is highly unprofessional and inefficient. If I could give a -1 star I would, because they can’t even get the service done.
I made an appointment for 8:45am to take a passport photo. I was asked to wait by the side(as they take others on the passport line behind me). I waited 30 minutes… still no photo taken for the passport. First of all, what’s the point of making a customer schedule an appointment online if you can’t receive them at the scheduled appointment time?
Secondly, I kindly asked for a passport form. I figured I’ll fill out the form while I wait since I already waited awhile. I filled it out, and made a mistaken on the form so I needed a new one. They told me they have no more forms and I need to go to the library to print it out. How does that happen?? You are USPS and you have no more passport forms despite being one of the main services you’re promoting in the summer? Absurd experience. What a waste of people’s time.

My staff, friends and I have been to this place many times and that the last time went there was to buy stamps and put in on the envelopes and mail it out. The people that worked there are nice friendly and kind.

I went to take a picture for my passport and the guy who works there didn't tell me if my hair was okay and everything went wrong. As soon as I took a single photo and he didn't even show it to me and I told him to show it to me, and then he just printed it and after I paid for it, he showed me the photo and they were all blurred and badly taken and they didn't give me a good service.

They steal packages. And when you confront them, the Postal Manager says that she trust her drivers. Thank God, I had video footage of everything.

I worked with Lou Anne today (I hope that’s correct) and it was the best experience I’ve ever had. What I needed was very time consuming and she was nothing but patient and super kind! Definitely in need of a raise!!!!!

I came here to do my passport renewal with an appointment, the first time the lady told me I needed someone with an ID so I had to come back a separate time. I made a SECOND appointment and the guy told me to come back after I fill out a witness paper he gave me. So the first lady didn’t even tell me I needed that paper the first time and I found out I was missing some parts of the application which I think she kept. I asked the guy if I needed an appointment to come back and he specifically told me no, that he would do it for me. When I came back with the paper he didn’t even bother looking at it when I explained the situation from last time, he told me how he has a lot of people come in all the time so he didn’t remember. And guess what, he told me I NEED to make a NEW appointment to have it resolved. I don’t understand why that guy told me he had me covered if he wasn’t even going to bother remembering me.

Completely rude staff. Unprofessionalism, lack knowledge, empathy. Went here for a passport and it was a horrible experience.

I was in the office this week, I had a problem with the mail, the manager Anya Christopher, if I'm not mistaken with the last name, was very patient and friendly with me, told me about the different options of the mail for tracking envelopes, including showing the application, explained everything, she is a real professional in her field, an experienced employee, understands the intricacies of her work, no one else has given me so much information before! Such employees should be promoted and rewarded! I draw the attention of the top managers to this! Huge thanks to her for her work!

Postal service truck driver pulling up to this location was harassing and yelling at us as we crossed the street. As someone who lives in the neighborhood that type of behavior shouldn't be tolerated or allowed. Postal service has been in decline as it is and this definitely does not help.
