We lost internet service 2 days ago. Every time my husband has called to get service or understand the problem, he has been told a different story! Each time he was told that someone would call with an update, but no one has ever called. Half the time it sounds like he is speaking to AI. Very frustrating.

Amazing customer service- sadly miss the many local employees once there, but the ones remaining couldn't be better! Reliable service (internet and landline) for both business and home. No promises of super cheap prices only to be raised significantly (as offered by some competitors) Reasonable and consistent.

Internet connection sucks. Always so slow and customer service always takes at least 30 min to get someone on the phone and no one is ever able to help. I should just move to spectrum already
