Let me just start by saying how wonderful my experience was! I was here last year and wasn’t happy. But this new employee Angela was amazing! She was very informative and very helpful. Her kindness and honesty was very helpful. She took her time with my million questions I had. But she was patient as I am very annoying and I apologized to her for that! I would 1000% recommend this storage especially with Angela’s help and kindness. I will definitely be a member for life as long Angela works there!

CAMREN at the Kings Park NY location was a delight! Extra Space is lucky to have such a professional young man guiding customers. He helped me to decide which unit was right for my needs, walked me through the paperwork. CAMREN sold me on Extra Space when there is so much competition. I know I'm in great hands at that location.

The packing/moving items they have for sale in the office are actually very well priced! I bought packing tape from them in a pinch thinking I was going to pay for the conveniences, but was pleasantly surprised at their value! Their mattress bags are also a few dollars cheaper than I got on Amazon.

I spoke with representatives from two ESS storage facilities this afternoon: Misty from West Collingswood Heights (NJ) and Cameron from Kings Park (NY). Excellent service from both of them. Answered all my questions and walked me through the process of leasing a new unit.
