“My girlfriend bought an old expensive bottle of wine here on Christmas. When I opened it later on that night half the cork came up with the opener and the other half was still in the bottle (rotted). I went back a few days later seeing if I could swap out bottles expecting a hard time, but the owners were very understanding and polite. They let me pick out a bottle of equal value & allowed me to keep the original bottle. Definitely will be back.”

“Excellent! Placed an order not noting the size of the bottles. Received a personal phone call checking to ensure I had ordered the right product. I of course hadn’t. They corrected my mistake and promptly sent out the order. I received it quickly. It was packaged well, with no damage. Great online experience.
