Actually in Jones hall not Bowditch hall. Parking lot is adjacent. Go to left of building and go down the stairs to basement.

Tellers have always been helpful and friendly. Navy Federal helped my teenager open up her 1st checking account. Hours are convenient. Online app is very easy to use too.

For those wondering - yes, this is the closest NFCU branch to the city, and no, you do not have to be a member of the military to access the branch. When you get to the entrance gate for the USMMA campus, the guard will let you in with a valid driver's license (and possible proof of NFCU membership, but I was not asked for this). There was no wait on a Thursday morning and the staff was very friendly/helpful.

First its generally a good credit union but their credit card interest rates are very high for a credit union...We use 3-4 Credit unions and they are far higher 18 % than many at 11 % or less. Also they dont credit deposits on depositing and make you wait a few days. Most place if you have $5000 in the bank they dont hold a $100 check two days..Kindy sketchy. People are very very nice but management is a little behind the times in what is normal... If you have near 800 plus fico score most place just review and raise limits where Navy Fed makes you actually have to apply for increases.I dont apply until their rates are 6-7 % less like the other non commercial places.

Navy Federal can't find my account when I call, misinformation on the phone and at one of the NY branches wrong info about wait time on availability of deposits, filling out certain forms, when I'd receive checks. Tried to set up a certain type of account, then they emailed me I had a message and message told me they can't talk to me about the account because I was not the owner. My relative called for me and they could not find the account, said it wasn't set up even though all paperwork was sent, and the account that didn't exist, they couldn't talk to me about it because it didn't exist, but told my relative this. Crazy, inept, worst banking experience ever. I drove over hour and a half to get to closest one of their credit union, given wrong information from everyone I spoke to on phone and at the credit union. Nope, they'll be lucky if I leave a $1 in those accounts. Well, I will be doing the minimum with this credit union going forward. Bare minimum.

I've been a long time member of NFCU, since my military days. My father recently passed and this is a difficult time. I need 9K out of my IRA and they would not expedite, waive or assist me in clearing the check sooner so I can access the funds and pay for the funeral. I was given misinformation about wait time and dates. And all they could say was how sorry they are but can't help. My own money!! To bury my dad!! And u can't give it to me now? Been online all day researching banks. I need better customer service if your customers are your mission.

Hi, so my name is Brendon Brito & as a Disabled Military Veteran College Student with a Dislocated Leg from a recent Injury, I would recommend any Credit Union over Navy Federal Credit Union! They have acted in Unethical, Immoral, & Unprofessional manner during my 10 years banking with this poor excuse of a Credit Union, they do not care about Veterans & their Families & I say this with a heavy but Genuine Heart. Recently, one of many incidents, this one I tried gaining access to Navy Federal Credit Union after taking a needed brake from these Bullies & Credit Union which Neglects its Disabled Veteran Cliental & could care less about there concerns. Recently on 06/30/2023 & 07/01/2023 I was forced to call them in order to regain access to my Zelle through the Navy Federal Credit Union App and let's just say it wasn't a fun or easy experience to say the least even though it should have very much been. I had to call over 22 times for the same issue within the two days wasting Hours of my time & worsening my Anxiety & Stress causing my Mental Health to worsen due to the fact that I suffer from PTSD & Navy Federal Credit Union is their own version of PTSD smh. They were rude/Offensive Consistently transferred me to the wrong department countless of times leading me in circles and continual wait times of 15 minutes to 1hr & half every time they transferred me. They apparently claimed to have fixed the issue countless times which was just a blatant lie & actually restricted my access to Zelle through app instead of fixing it preventing me from transferring money into the accounts which made no sense on their part honestly. In the end through an abuse of power move by their employees in an attempt to harass & bully me in a most discriminative method they froze my account as there last fix for my Zelle issue requiring me to write a hand written request with docs etc. in order to reaccess my Navy federal app which I already had access to before & made it were my security passcode had to be changed preventing me from access not just online but over the phone. This was in retaliation for me asking to speak with a supervisor & sharing my concerns on how the representative were altering my accounts & causing problems unnecessarily to bully me while not resolving my most basic of issues! Keep in mind I did not raise my Voice nor cuss to any of the representatives who refused to answer any questions I have & treated me worse than any human being should ever be treated removing all basic human dignity in the process, very Shameful on their part. through the countless of hours & calls wasted dealing with them caused more harm then good. The Supervisor & Representatives refused to send me confirmation of my complaint which I'm pretty sure was never actually put in & cared less about addressing my Valid Concerns & fixing the problems there representatives caused with my accounts in there abuse of power bullying Mishandling of my Accounts without my Consent or knowledge! Horrible Credit Union & Again would recommend any other Credit Union or USAA over Navy Federal Credit union for anyone trying to avoid a serious mistake & Headache, Extremely Unreliable & Unaccountable Credit Union don't make the same mistake I made! Side Note I recorded all my conversations with there representatives and have posted them with my commentary on Instagram for all to view publicly & other social Media accounts of mine. You can also find this same complaint on Yelp, Google Reviews, & Better Business Bureau!

Used to be a great bank. They are refusing to help me because I am a disabled veteran. I had money stolen from a towel head on eBay. I gave Navy Federal all the information that it was fraud and a counterfeit item. I went to the company that makes the items and they gave me a letter/ email stating this item is fraud. Navy Federal won't do nothing.

So far this cu hasn't been good to me yet..costumer service people are friendly but do no anything...waiting 3days for a transfer to clear is crazy. Then a 29$ fee for sending money that might not have cleared in Your account is even more crazy..the money doesn't get sent due to insufficient fund and yet you STILL GET FINED 29$!!! WTF?! ... I've heard good things about this bank however I haven't had any good experiences yet...deff wouldn't recommend this anyone I care about
