Rented for years, always paid on time or paid off early, no problems, plan on going back soon. If something was not correct it was fixed, recommend but I also recommend you pay your bill, nothing is for free, if you don't want interest, pay it off early js.

Absolutely the worst customer service. We got a washer from them. Had it a little over a year and it needed repair. First time they came, they tried to say it was our water pressure. Finally they picked it up and had it for about 6 weeks. It comes back and 2 weeks later the same problem. So they Said they are trying to find another one for us for us. 8 days go by and no call back. Funny how no one can get to the phone for n issue but they will call relentlessly to remind you about a payment. All they care about is the money. Once you have it in your home that's it your on your own. Worst business I have ever dealt with. Finally I had enough of the run around and told them to get all their stuff including the sofa. I will sit on the floor before i deal with this half baked business again. The worst. One star only because I have to to post the review. They get a minus 6 stars
