About Aid Tibet Thrift
Aid Tibet Thrift is a thrift store known for its large selection of items, including clothing, cutlery, and furniture. It supports important causes such as the Tibetan diaspora and Buddhism. Many customers appreciate the store's commitment to helping others, particularly the “House of Hope.” The new location is clean and organized, with wheelchair accessibility and ample parking. However, some reviews mention concerns about high prices, with items like slacks and cushions considered expensive. While most employees are friendly and willing to negotiate prices, there are mixed feelings about one female employee, who has been described as rude and unresponsive. Despite this, many customers enjoy shopping and donating at Aid Tibet Thrift, often finding great deals and unique items. The store is praised for not being profit-driven like Goodwill and Salvation Army. Overall, Aid Tibet Thrift is recognized as a valuable community resource with a mission to support worthy causes.

Oct 2025- prices are outrageous. $8-18 for a pair of slacks. $8-15 for a used cushion. New store is clean and organized, but I'm sorry to see lots of stuff out front, getting rained on and ruined but still significant prices on them! They should give things away if they can't store.

Honestly, I don’t know how the sell anything because the prices are SO HIGH. It’s bizarre. Believe me, I have decades of thrifting under my belt. I hadn’t been there is a long because the picking is so poor, but I popped in today and sure enough, still crazy prices.
