Looking for a new service prover after 20 years of service. My phone got run over just as I paid it off. I went to the Kingston location and had a trainee assist me. He repeatedly said he eas not sure what he was doing and was apologetic. All the while pushing me into a new phone when I previously had insurance. Apparently you have to go to pk to do that. I purchased a new phone and when. I reminded the seller that I had insurance that I was grandfathered into he said he did it. Cone to find out he didn’t do
It and after many hours on with customer service they stated that because he didn’t do it there was nothing they could do, the manager was pushing his trainee to push unneeded products and giving facial expressions to push products. Unprofessional and terrible customer service. Oh and on the AT&T chat I was promised to get my
Insurance back for the same rate I had previously. Then was told that wasn’t happening by another rep. I have proof of all interactions. Be warned of the scamming.

The rep went to every extent to help resolve the problem. She spent enough time working on it and thankfully helped me immensely. I wouldn't have been able to do it on my own as I'm a Senior Citizen and am not technically savvy enough to do what she did. I can't thank her enough. Nicole deserves a bonus or raise.

I left from dealing with that terrible T-Mobile across the street to look to see about switching over and THANK GOD I DID! Customer service was really good, representatives were very genuine and knowledgeable. They helped us switch over with no issues and added stress. I have no complaints except for that I wish I would have done this sooner.

Came to get a prepaid plan for a month, a person at the store told me because I already have an account I can add a line and won’t be charged an activation fee. Turns out not only I got charged an activation fee but also got a post-paid plan that auto-renewed next month. Total charge 3x of the prepaid plan.

We switched 2 lines from Verizon to ATT and Nicole B was amazing! Extremely knowledgeable on technical details and a true pleasure to work with. Can’t say enough nice things about our experience working with her.

this is for the wonderful help I received from Michael and Tara. And they stepped in to help me after Matthew started the transfer and then went to leave without finishing it or telling me he was leaving! Michael was supremely patient with my questions and Tara very kindly hooked my new phone up to the car. They have provided excellent customer service to me.

Tara at the 1137 Ulster Avenue location is Awesome!! Went in to upgrade today and she was super helpful, made the entire process smooth, and even found discounts I was eligible for! Overall super kind, super helpful, as well as super cool and I would recommend her services for the best experience possible!!

They sold me a plan without call options but said I have it included. Did not get any help through customer service. All in all, I would make sure everything is working as it is supposed to before you leave the store.

Employee did some shady stuff with approval from the manager. Without my knowledge and consent, they opened new phone lines for the devices I wanted to upgrade so they could get commission on the new phone lines. I found out through AT&T when the company notified me that my promotional prices for the devices would be voided in 30 days due to the new phone lines being opened thus making the sales invalid. Shady practices by staff AND manager!!
