Upon visiting this area for a graduation and suddenly needing a change of clothing I stopped in this store. I was so taken back by a customer while waiting in line to act so disgraceful towards the cashier. If you don't have the receipt then that's your own fault, not the stores. It was clear as day they couldn't find it, instead of causing a scene act proper. My first time in the area, lovely selection of dresses and I was fortunate to get the cashier that the other customer badgered. Outstanding young girl, professional. Made my store visit perfect. Thank you Burlington for your employees, they should be given a lot of credit for what they have to put up with.

I like that this store has things I like but, it can be a hit or a miss. As far as the cashiers, they need to learn how to pick up the speed when the line is wrapping around the impulse buying section and not be so chatty with one another as they are ringing up customers especially when the line is already wrapping around. They do not seem to have any MOD to help out with anything when it is busy. I can only imagine when the holidays come around and this is happening. It should not take over an hour to checkout and they should have a speedy register for those with a few items or less.

I had a good opinion of Burlington up until now. Their costumer value system is very poor. They need to hire more people for the floor if they can't keep up with the fitting rooms in monitoring them. They close their fitting rooms at 7:00pm I was told because of poor staffing issues. The store itself is open until midnight. Ridiculous. They must not want business because they lost mine today.

I love this store, and am a frequent shopper a few times a week. However, this last trip I had is making me rethink even going in there. The young lady at the registers was very rude to me when trying to return something. Mind you, this hasn’t been the first time she wasn’t able to “find my receipt”. It seems as though she can never find my receipt even though I’m a loyalty member. Then I have to dig through my email to find the correct receipt. I said something to her about how she can never find my receipt, and that is when she snapped on me. She called up a manager to ring me out, after yelling at me while moving her head back and forth as though there was a personal problem. Burlington, you need to do better at choosing your cashiers and associates. I’ve worked in retail almost my whole life and that is not how you treat a customer. Maybe the young lady just needs additional training on how to find people’s receipts, or she needs an attitude adjustment. This is not the first time I’ve had an issue with her, and one other cashier in particular. This is also the only store in the area where I feel the cashiers are rude, disrespectful, and do not listen to the customers requests.

The nice girl working the closing shift on 03/18/24 was amazing, I work the closing shift myself at my own job and had to run in to get some pants after mine ripped while at work. She was helpful and although they had closed the fitting rooms for the night she had reassured me I could run back if the pants I got didn’t fit. She was easy to talk to and connect with just in the short time I was checking out. I know how hard it is to have any kind of energy when closing and I applaud her positive attitude and helpful guidance.

With so many people looking for a job & the holidays approaching, one would expect to get thru check out much faster. It's 2:30pm and only 2 on registers, with 10 people waiting on line. No express lane? I will not be back at this store. The clothes quality isn't the best, but you can find deals. Maybe get here when the store opens.
