I recently purchased a 2016 Jayco bungalow Joseph was very informative about the camper and had exactly what we were looking for he was very easy going through the whole process he kept us updated on financing, demo and delivery dates The only thing that camping world did not do to earn five stars was I paid to have the camper delivered to my site at a camp resort due to the size of the unit but transporter was in a rush and only tried once to get the camper into the spot so the transporter decided to just leave it on the side of the road and it would be up to us to put it in the spot other than the delivery aspect camping world did everything great. I Will definitely come back to get my next camper down the road

Update 11/22/20233 months! This is how long our RV was sitting in service at Camping World, we left it exactly on 8/22/2023, and it's only ready now for pickup. Just to mention, it's a new unit we bought there at 2022, and there was no significant damage, only small fixes that we want them to solve under warranty. In the 12 month we've had this Keystone travel trailer, about 30% of the time it was sitting in service, in the time we had it going we suffered ongoing issues (not-working refrigerator for example). The level of support from both Camping World and Keystone is the worst, by far, that I ever experienced as a consumer. You can ignore their comment below, it's optics only, nothing good came out of it.If you'd like to sell your RV with them (and you shouldn't)- avoid Jessica, she is very unpleasant to work with.Don't don't don't do business with them. Just don't.All the horror stories you read online about Camping World are true. The sale process is nice, and this is the catch, once you get the RV it's all downhill - if you have any issues with the RV- good luck with that. Prepare to fight for any warranty claims, and save money for out-of-pocket expanses.Repairs times are so long, sometimes in the months. If you want to sell them back the unit, expect about 15% of your initial cost. (yes, 15%, 85% less of what you paid a year before). The communication with them is hard, not responsive to email, the channels between them and the manufacture (Keystone in our case) is broken. If you expect to get any service from other Camping World branches as you travel- forget about it as well.Don't do any business with them. Do yourself a favor.

My husband and I stopped by this location today. We spoke and interacted for an extensive amount of time with Cameron. Cameron was extremely knowledgeable and took our needs and concerns seriously. His professionalism is to be applauded. Unfortunately, we were not able to come to an agreement on the sales price. In fact, when he got his manager involved the sales price actually increased. We were told we would not find the item we were interested in at any other location. Fortunately, through my husbands persistence, we were actually able to close on a deal on the sales price of about $25,000 cheaper. The five stars are intended solely for the remarkable salesmanship that was portrayed by Cameron. If anyone wants to stop by and give this place a try, I suggest asking for him.

A senior lady living in Connecticut, I would like to commend and thank Manager, Danny, for his patience, kindness, and professional kindness to me throughout the purchase and pickup of my 2021 Escape travel trailer. Danny went above and beyond to satisfy me as a valued customer. I would also like to commend and thank Salesman, Kevin G, and Financial Manager, Steven, for their kind and courteous manner. As I am a seasonal camper @ Forest Lake Campground in Windsor NY, I will definitely recommend prospective RV purchasers to contact only these three men for a pleasant RV ownership experience--as some other individuals I encountered @ Kingston Camping World were not dedicated to valuing me as a customer, particularly a woman named Theresa.

We have a 2015 Forest River 5th wheel. We do most of the maintenance ourselves and have never had a problem figuring things out. We had an electric issue and decided to take it to the Kingston NY service center. On the good side they got it in and fixed our issue right away. The slide out maintenance was recommended and we went with it. The slide outs seem quieter and smoother. Bad side - We asked for a wash and wax they called the spa package for $299. It looks like we tried to do it ourselves. It was uneven unpolished and hazy. Next we had mouse activity which we NEVER have had. (Stored winter after winter with 30+ acres of fields around it) We noticed that they had cut a large opening in the belly of the camper (not sure why??) and had not sealed it back up. Very disappointed.

The service department lacks ANY positive social skills. I love how your team can speak rude to potential clients about their inquiries for winterization. The nasty attitude from your employee was cause enough for me to seek services elsewhere. I DO NOT recommend this company. Every attempt to work with Camping World has ALWAYS been an epic crash and burn failure.

I will never do business with this company ever again. I purchased a slightly-used camper this spring from the Kingston location. It is a Jayco 34MBDS. One of the slides started leaking through the ceiling light fixture. It began pouring water onto the dinette. I have attempted to rectify the situation with the dealership and was told that I would have to pay for the repairs. The camper was sold with a leak! Mind you, during this business transaction I purchased the extended warranty through the dealership and was assured that any issues with the new camper would be taken care of. That was a lie. They could care less after you drive it off the lot. Extremely disappointing. This place should be ashamed.

We recently purchased a camper from Campers World of Kingston, NY. It could not have gone any better. Our salesman was Robert Rolleri - , with sales manager Mike. Robert made our entire experience not only enjoyable but stress-free. I’m not usually a fan of salespeople but he is definitely an exception. In addition, technician Lance went above & beyond doing our walk-thru & prepping our unit. I can’t say enough about Robert & Lance. Lastly, the finance rep, Kletos, made that process smoothly & effortless.

This place stops caring the moment you drive off the lot. I purchased a used camper from this location in May. The trailer developed a substantial water leak. The leak was coming through the light fixture of the ceiling on one of the slides. I called the dealership to rectify the situation. They told me that I would be responsible for the cost of all repairs! They sold me a camper that had a leaky roof and told me that I would have to pay for all repairs!Mind you, I purchased an extended warranty through the business. Granted, it doesn't cover leaks. But you'd think they would try to make things right with their customers. Now I'm on the hook for a $40,000.00 camper and the dealership is telling me to pound salt. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this shady business. Their morals are strewed

If you only read the first sentence, know this : I would HIGHLY suggest any prospective RV buyers to steer clear of this location and this company; their "promises" hold no value, the sales tactics they use are predatory, and when their end of the bargain isnt met it'll be excuse after excuse. The full story: I purchased my Class A motorhome here in April 2023 (4/29/23). It is a used 2018 Jayco Alante, the sales rep was Joe Hunt, out the door cost was ~92k. I had no issue with Joe ..at first.. until he stopped answering my calls and messages. I bought a used coach with a used mattress... I was told, TO MY FACE, that I would be receiving a new mattress. That was the sole condition I needed to be met for me buying this rig.. Its been 4 months now, and no such promise has been met. At one point on the phone with Joe I even offered to pay half the cost of a new bed...still havn't heard back. Now the real reason that triggered this review; It is now late August, and I STILL DO NOT HAVE CORRECT PLATES AND REGISTRATION. Originally, I planned on buying this coach with one certified check. Quick and easy, right? I give you money, you give me title. But they persisted saying, "it would be in my best interest to finance! because we'll handle the DMV paperwork!" Well... that was way wayyyy wrong. Camping world does not handle the DMV paperwork if it is an out of state transfer, they hand it off to a third party. Who then takes it and throws it in the nearest ocean [I think]. Today, I did recieve a (singular) plate though! But wouldn't you know, after waiting 4 whole months somebody along the line forgot that my MOTORhome with an ENGINE is actually NOT a trailer. For those that didn't catch that, they registered my motorvehicle as a trailer and I got sent ?? plate not ✌?. Uno, no dos. So lets see how long the title takes to reach me now, to fix this mess. After all, its only been 3 months since Ive paid it off anyway.. I give it another half year.Buying my RV here was probably one of the worst decisions I've ever made.. and I can assure you, Camping World will never see another dollar from me again.

My best friend bought a brand new 2023 camper from you in June 2023. The following Thursday she had a brain aneurysm and passed away on that Friday. Her fiance called you guys on Monday to tell you what happened to her and you guys said there is nothing they can do. She put a large amount of money down. She was so happy to show us the camper but never got to use it. My husband and I planned on getting a camper from you guys but not now. She did not even have the camper for a week. If you guys truly cared about your customers you would of helped her fiance during this difficult time.

Though you always want your travel trailer to be in your hands, I was appreciative of the service we received from Camping World Kingston. George B kept us informed and surprised us with quick return of our home away from home!

he fact that I have to write this is incredibly disturbing to me... our family friends had bought a camper from your business in june... she put a large amount of money down on the camper and she and her fiancé brought the camper home on June 3rd...she passed away june 9th due to a brain aneurysm which obviously we knew absolutely nothing about. the fact that the business did absolutely nothing to accommodate for the family for this time and help them out with returning the camper that was NEVER even used... you rudely denied giving any amount of the payment back for the camper... and also hung up on the fiancé?? shame on you camping world... obviously you couldn't care less about your customers... this is a problem we obviously couldn't have helped.... we are deeply saddened at the loss and this whole ordeal just added MORE unnecessary stress onto us. the only help that was given was from Manager Klistos who apologized to her daughter for the loss and issues... learn how to manage a business and care for the people that give you your business that you don't deserve at all at this point.
